Who am I?
John Connor Cook is a trained screenwriter with a degree from one of the top film schools in America and a self taught cartoonist who runs his own webcomic, RAZOR: THE ROCK AND ROLL WEREWOLF, as well as maintaining a career as a freelancer. He's been contracted to write for short films, internet content, and animation. He was previously employed in development at ANARCHISTS UNITED (Lily Wachowski) where he rated the stories, characters and structure of incoming scripts and assisted with narrowing down which projects to take on.
At CHAPMAN UNIVERSITY he learned the craft from industry alumni like John Musker (THE LITTLE MERMAID, PRINCESS AND THE FROG), John Perez (SOCIAL FIENDS) and James Dutcher (CITY GUYS, MEN WOMEN WANT). He's received formal training in writing for: feature film, television, animation, podcasts, comics, stage plays and video games.

As a freelancer, Connor takes on all manner of projects, from writing for edutainment youtube channels, short form cartoon studios, and independent filmmakers to drawing for children's books, and his own webcomic, to assisting writers and producers alike in their many endeavors.
